The Leader Coach Program is designed to provide leaders with coaching techniques that they can use to transform the way they lead others in their organization. 

 

The following have been taken into consideration when designing the course learning environment: the learning problem, learners’ characteristics, learning goals, physical space, and the connections to the four pillars.

Context: The Leader Coach organization designed the Leader Coach Program for Mesaa Consulting Group (MCG), a global business consulting organization.
