Hey there, my name is Ricky Trivedi. I am life-long learner, avid runner and traveler, and I am dedicated to forging a bridge between design and education. For over 7 years, I have focused on designing innovative solutions that help people learn and work in better ways. This includes the creation of courses, web & mobile applications, workshops, and assessments.
Career
Throughout my career, I have adopted various roles— Lead Instructional Designer, User / Learning Experience Designer, Learning Consultant— that collectively shape my flexible approach to educational and technological solutions. I've worked in numerous markets, including Health and Wellness, Management Consulting, Coaching, Retail, Utilities, and Academia, each presenting unique challenges and learning opportunities. Through these experiences, I am able to refine my design practice and deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of organizations and their people.

My Approach
Here's one of my problem-solving approaches I use in my projects.
Problem setting: I research (e.g. interviews and review existing info) to drive toward a clearly defined problem.
Concept Iterating: I gather early feedback from user and stakeholder tests to refine my concepts.
Solution Building: Once the concept is finalized, I develop the final solution.
Beyond Work
Beyond my professional endeavors, I contribute as a Freelance Journalist for the India Post, where I research and report on various topics such as science and culture. As a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD-LA), I keep up-to-date on the current market trends and new technologies. On my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, checking out local cafes, and making music!
